EMTrack is a web-based system that allows for patient and evacuee tracking both regionally and across the state. All EMS and hospital facilities within the HOTRAC Region have access to this tool. To log in to the system, visit the following link: https://emtrack.emsystem.com/app. You can contact the Regional Administrator if you need help logging in.
